Dania Pointe Hotels

The project consists of two (2) Marriott Hotels (One Marriott Full Service and one AC Hotel); Retail at grade with the hotels amenity pedestal above and a parking garage structure. The project is the center piece of the Dania Point Development in Dania Beach, Fl.

The project consists of 25,000 SF of retail space containing restaurants and shops, fronting a plaza; above the retail is the hotels pedestal containing five (5) floors and separate sky-lobbies for each hotel. The sky-lobbies contain the reception desks; bars, restaurants, shops, terraces, etc. Above the sky-lobbies on the following floor you’ll find the ball rooms and meeting rooms; moving up to the next floor you will find the amenity deck containing the infinity pool, pool deck and entertainment, the spa and gym, all overseeing the plaza and great views of Main Street.

At this point the project dichotomizes into two (2) separate towers one 14-story Marriott Full Service Hotel and the other an 11-story tower containing the AC brand. The combination of the two hotels has a total of 350 Rooms of which 196 are for the Marriott and the other 154 belong to the AC hotel.

There is also a parking garage component serving 296 vehicles on three stories. The entire project is design to meet the highest standards of the hotel industry and as the Center Piece of the Dania Point destination project. The developer looking forward to having the hotels fully operational for Super Bowl LIV on 2020.
