About Pedro
Pedro has over 45 years of Architecture, Interior Design , Graphic and Industrial Design experience. He has worked as a Project Designer, Programmer, Planner, Manager, Architect, and Construction Representative in Institutional, Comme rcial, Industrial and Residential projects in the United States, the Caribbean, South America and the Middle East and he still enjoys all of it.
His systematic approach to design is based on the interaction of all circulation, space relations, sequences, and hierarchy together with all construction systems such as structure, mechanical, and electrical – all of them considered together three dimensionally as overlays or layers from the first conceptual ideas to the detailed finish design and at the same time reacting to specific site conditions and project program/budget. He is a strong believer in a team approach to design, owner involvement and continuous coordination. He has also been dedicated to passive energy systems and green design.
