About Julio
Julio Cepero is a young architectural student on his pathway towards graduating from Florida International University, obtaining his Master’s Degree in Architecture. Julio is working towards fulfilling his licensure hours and currently enrolled in NCARB.
His devotion towards designs and abilities to use his own background and design and building spaces makes him a solid contribution to his workspace. For his young age Julio has experience in Cost Estimates, Florida Building Code, Zoning Codes, Master Specs, Construction Docs for Residential & Commercial Buildings.
Julio began his internship in the year 2016, where he has accomplished 2 years of experience, working with DCSP while expanding his knowledge on different areas of the field, he is looking to grow and become a successful License Architect.
