The project consists of a Mixed-Use Condominium Tower. The program containing a parking garage pedestal with one level below grade and four levels above and its retail portion on grade. The condo tower contains eight (8) stories above the pedestal, where each plate has eight (8) apartment units.
All amenities are either at the top of the pedestal plate or at roof top. The developer wanted a mid-rise building with nice architectural features but still affordable for the area. The project sits across from the Famous Flagler Dog Track in the City of Miami.
