The project consists of a Sheraton Fourpoints Boutique Hotel. This project completes the third phase of a Hotel Master Plan containing a total of three different brand of hotels. The portion of the site where the Fourpoints sits, is approximately 1.8 acres, making it a very tight site for the project asides from being irregular as well. The triangular shaped lot makes the project challenging in order to accommodate the required program and still meet all necessary zoning and building codes.
We made it work by streamlining the plate and being efficient in the distribution of uses both meeting the program and construction budgets. The building is approximately 70,000 SF in six stories and it contains the required amenities and program exceeding all the necessary requirements from the brand!
The interior design is also above the required standards for the Flag, making it a very nice boutique hotel typology. The project turned out to be very hip, warm and cozy making it a favorite in the area for the travelers.
